RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking a Solutions Analyst in Park Ridge, IL.
Key Responsibilities:
* Solutions Analyst will assess data conversion needs, ensuring compatibility between legacy systems and the target platform
* Manage project workflows using JIRA and Kanban to track progress and maintain deadlines
* Facilitate communication across teams and clients to address data mapping inquiries and resolve discrepancies
* Develop and execute test plans, performing unit testing to validate data accuracy and integrity
* Conduct quality control checks to ensure smooth and error-free data migration
* Utilize SQL for data analysis and verification of conversion results
* Collaborate with consultants and engineers to drive successful project completion
* Provide status updates, risk assessments, and insights to project teams
* Become a subject matter expert on the platform's administration and business operations
* Participate in multiple projects, ensuring proper documentation, scope management, and adherence to timelines
* Assist in identifying and implementing process improvements to enhance data quality, security, and governance
* As a Solutions Analyst, you will gather and document business and system requirements to support optimization efforts
* Monitor and recommend improvements for data integrity and security standards
* Work closely with stakeholders to align expectations and deliver a seamless implementation experience
* Support system conversions, upgrades, and enhancements
* Maintain high utilization rates within the professional services team
REQUIREMENTS:
* Experience with JIRA, Kanban, or similar project tracking tools
* Strong analytical skills with experience in data migration, validation, and quality assurance
* Proficiency in SQL for data analysis and reporting
* Effective communication and problem-solving skills to collaborate with both technical and non-technical teams
* Understanding of business processes and data governance best practices
* Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
