RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking a Trainer (English, Spanish Speaking) in Plano, TX.
Role Overview:
* Primary Responsibility: Deliver training on products to clients
* Travel Requirement: 22 weeks per year, including travel to the US, South America, Canada (60% US, 40% international)
* Work Environment: Remote work outside of travel periods
Key Responsibilities:
* Trainer will deliver training sessions to client groups, particularly law enforcement professionals
* Adapt training methods to suit varying levels of experience among participants
* Utilize pre-built training materials to conduct sessions
* Learn and master the LeadsOnline product and training processes (3-4 months onboarding)
* Deliver training on our proprietary system in classrooms and/or at client sites
* Administer post-training testing to our clients to ensure that student learning has met course objectives
* Continue own training and development to ensure that the skill set remains updated
* Deliver training on proprietary system to internal customers, as required
* May be required to participate in courseware and training tool conception
* As a Trainer, you will apply new technologies to deliver courses and improve the learning experience for users (distance learning, interactive eLearning, blended training)
* Knows and uses the principles of learning adults
* Schedule and deliver Coaching session
* Deliver Webinar on specific topics
* Delivers remote training session
REQUIREMENTS:
* Experience as a trainer, preferably experience training professionals in groups
* Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and engage participants
* Proficiency in English and Spanish due to a significant customer base in South America
Compensation and Benefits:
* Salary: $80,000 - $85,000 plus bonus
* Benefits: Subject to restructuring, details may change
* Expenses: Full reimbursement for travel expenses
Additional Notes:
* The role requires creating synergy within the company and contributing to a cohesive team environment
* The candidate must be located close to the Plano office for ease of travel
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
