RESPONSIBILITIES
Kforce has a client that is seeking a Biomedical Technician in Delano, CA. This candidate will be responsible for the effective use of communications and technical knowledge to install, and customer relationship management. We prioritize highlighting that this role is dedicated to a specific hospital system with at most 1-2 hospitals (eliminating excessive travel). Additionally, this position offers overtime and annual bonuses, tuition reimbursement, and paid volunteer days.
REQUIREMENTS:
0-5 years of servicing biomedical equipment repair experience, will consider entry level position for an employee with limited or no industry experience
PC competency, to include basic knowledge of word processing, spreadsheets, databases
Understanding of the fundamentals of networking technologies and troubleshooting methods
Have and maintain a valid driver's license and a driving record that is in compliant with Company driving policy
Experience with mechanical devices and tools and test equipment preferred
Knowledge and understanding of electronic circuit boards, processors and computer hardware including applications, programming, and systems functionality preferred
CBET certification desirable
Lean certification desirable
CBET certification desirable
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
