Kforce is seeking a Finance Associate for a client in the Sain Louis, MO area. The client offers salary and benefits, excellent work/life balance. This position is schedule as hybrid 3 days in office, 2 days remote and WFH on Friday. There will be small travel. Duties Include:

- Finance Associate will conduct financial analysis on real estate properties, property, and asset management
- Handle market research to support investment decisions and property valuations
- Assist with month-end and year end closing
- Work closely with other departments, asset management and leasing
- Other ad-hoc project as assigned by leadership
- Bachelor's degree and 2 years of experience in a field requiring strong analytical and quantitative skills
- Relevant experience in finance, real estate, or accounting
- Knowledge of real estate markets and investment principle
- Strong analytical skills and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Excel, financial modeling, data analysis and reporting tools
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
