- 7 years of experience in technology leadership roles, with a focus on the pharmaceutical industry and contract development and manufacturing.
- Extensive experience managing and customizing ERP systems, particularly SAP, including customizations and enhancements to support business processes.

- Expertise in IT infrastructure, pharmaceutical manufacturing processes, automation systems, data analytics, and digital technologies.
- Proven experience in developing and managing comprehensive backup and disaster recovery plans.
- Strong skills in conducting internal audits, performing gap analyses, and implementing corrective measures.
