**About the Role**
We are working directly with the hiring manager on this exclusive search assignment. In this role, you will primarily be responsible for designing, maintaining, and improving a variety of radar algorithms with a focus on those related to radar signal processing and target detection/tracking.
- Responsibilities:
- Design and validate effective and efficient signal processing algorithms for target detection and tracking.
- Implement those algorithms on embedded hardware with timing and resource utilization constraints (primarily using C ).
- Develop test cases using real-world data to validate the efficacy of the algorithms and iterate the design process based on deficiencies.
**Requirements:**
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Ph.D. degree in Electrical Engineering, Physics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a closely related field.
- Strong experience with design and implementation of radar algorithms (e.g., phased array processing, beamforming, MIMO, MUSIC, STAP, CFAR, detection, target estimation, target detection and tracking, etc.).
