The Director of Clinical Services has oversight of the Counseling Department to ensure high clinical standards, service responsiveness and overall service quality. This role manages a team of four supervisors that provide day-to-day management of integrated teams. You will work closely with our Chief Clinical Officer to evolve KGA’s Clinical Services to maintain competitiveness in the market.
Other responsibilities include:
- Track and assess data/performance to ensure that productivity and care standards are being met.
- Provide direct support to client organizations for crisis response.
- Represent KGA as a clinical expert with client organizations in meetings and in investigating complaints.
- Work with the Leadership Team to develop and uphold high standards of clinical care.
- As a leader, contribute to and uphold KGA’s values and thriving workplace culture.
Required experience:
- At least 10 years of clinical experience
- At least 5 years in a manager/supervisory role.
- Direct EAP experience - can be an internal EAP/External EAP, or a similar B2B environment.
- Master’s or Doctoral Degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling or Psychology; Licensure at the highest level (LICSW or LMHC).
- Ability to travel to client organizations in MA and other parts of New England
