Duties
- Greet guests upon arrival with a warm and friendly demeanor.
- Manage check-in and check-out processes smoothly and efficiently.
- Handle guest inquiries and provide information about hotel services, amenities, and local attractions.
- Operate phone systems to answer calls promptly and assist with reservations or guest requests.
- Maintain accurate records of guest information and transactions in the hotel management system.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Address any guest complaints or issues professionally, ensuring timely resolution.
- Assist in managing reservations, including modifications and cancellations.
- Promote hotel services and upsell additional offerings to enhance guest experiences.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in front desk operations or guest services within a hotel or resort setting is preferred.
- Strong phone etiquette with excellent verbal communication skills.
- Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to cater to diverse guests.
- Familiarity with hotel management software and phone systems is an advantage.
- A background in hospitality management is beneficial but not mandatory.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a busy environment.
