What are the responsibilities and job description for the Attention - "Title Abstractor" position at KHR?
Licensed Real Estate Abstractor wanted to work at our Medina office, just west of Plymouth. Ideal candidate must be self-starting, detail oriented, possess good verbal and written communication skills, strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task. Must be able to work independently, yet function as a team member in a fast paced environment.
We provide a full range of title research services including various residential reports, agricultural and large commercial projects. Must have good understanding and proficient ability to draw-out legal descriptions. Must have working knowledge of multiple on-line county computer systems including: Landshark, Laredo, Star-lite, RecordEase, iDocs, MNCIS, Pacer and Orbit, etc. Must be familiar with Minnesota Title Standards and have good understanding of various legal documents pertaining to real estate, foreclosure, probate and family law matters.
We prefer an already licensed and experienced abstractor with five or more years of experience, a college degree and/or legal real estate background. Salary to commensurate with experience, $55-65K range. We offer a full benefit package including medical, retirement savings plan, paid holidays and vacation time.
