Sales Representative/Key Account Sales Person
TriLite Stone Company is currently seeking a sales Representative/Key Account sales person. TriLite Stone is a wholesale distributor of manufactured stone to construction supply distribution, architects and engineers and contractors. TriLite Stone, Inc is unique as a manufactured stone, as the dye is integrated throughout the stone. Unlike most manufacturers who simply dye the surface of the stone, TriLite Stone, Inc takes an extra step in the manufacturing process, coloring the stone all the way through.
The representative will be responsible for growing sales and providing excellent customer service to an existing customer base while developing new customers. Reps are responsible for on-site demonstrations of materials to both small and large groups of contractors, distribution sales training, on-site technical service calls, development of territory marketing and sales strategies and architectural sales support
The responsibilities of this position will include:
· Setting monthly and annual sales goals (as per agreement with owners). Management agrees to assign some existing accounts to help launch the rep’s sales activity to dealers, builders and remodelers.
· Charting and documenting daily contact activity and providing bi-weekly reports to ownership. Primary emphasis on new account development and retention.
· Participating in industry trade organizations to help facilitate contacts and networking.
· Utilizing internet-based search and spec services to identify potential customers, jobs and architectural firms to pursue, including government projects.
· Assist the company in related operational activities to support customer service and order processing.
· Selecting two industry related trade groups and participating in regular meetings. Such groups may include builders, suppliers, architects and government agencies that would specify TriLite products into a potential project.
· Attendance at trade shows, home shows or related industry events.

Compensation:
This position is an independent contractor and paid commission and bonuses on sales.
