Position Information: The BDC Representative position is responsible for scheduling appointments with customers for the Sales department. The primary role of this position is communicating by telephone and email. We are looking for someone who has 2 or more years experience.
As a BDC Representative you will be responsible for:
- Responding to Internet leads via email and phone calls per dealership contact guidelines :
- Utilizing dealership templates to communicate with customers by email
- Utilizing dealership scripts to communicate with customers by phone
- Scheduling and confirming appointments with customers
- Data entry using lead management tool with pertinent information about customer interaction
- Input Customer appointment information into dealership software.
- Updating customer name, phone number, email address and address.
- Scheduling appointments to keep a good flow for service department.
- Communicate with Service Advisors about scheduling conflicts.
- Handle outbound call campaigns
- Use provided manifest lists to reach out to customers regarding recalls or service work that needs to be completed
- Welcome and thank customers that have purchased a vehicle and introduce service department
- Equity mining and T.O. to sales professionals
- Study Products and Services to enhance your ability to assist customers
- Study product information and complete manufacturer certification tests
- Study warranty information to stay up to date with the manufacturer information
- Study recall information and stay current on parts available
- Study dealership processes and learn effective ways to communicate these processes to customers.
Minimum Acceptable Qualifications:
- High school diplomas or general education degree (GED).
- Valid driver’s license.
- At least 2 years of previous customer service experience.
- Strong communication, listening and problem solving skills.
- Exceptional energy level and drive for results.
- Exceptional follow-up and follow-through skills.
- Proven record of exceptional customer service.

Pay: $15.00/hr plus potential commission after fully trained.
