Kia of West Nyack is looking for an Internet Sales Specialist/BDC Representative who is self-motivated with positive spirits to join our team. **THE BDC REPRESENTATIVE POSITION IS A WEEKLY SALARY COMMISSION**
Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound communication and effectively set up appointments with prospective customers
- Respond to internet leads provided through our account management system
- Effectively document interactions and customer information in our dealership database; conduct follow-ups as necessary
- Maintain a professional demeanor with our customers and strategize new ways to positively impact communication
Job Requirements/Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a customer service, call center or sales environment is preferred.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred, but not required
- Must be able to reliably commute to our call center location
- Strong communication skills and ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Must be enthusiastic and driven to succeed
