As the first point of contact for our clients, visitors, and team members, you will play a key role in creating a positive, professional, and welcoming atmosphere. This position requires someone with outstanding communication skills, a friendly demeanor, and a strong customer service mindset. Your responsibilities will include answering phones, greeting visitors, managing schedules, and supporting various administrative functions to ensure smooth daily operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors with a warm, friendly, and professional attitude.
- Answer and direct phone calls promptly and courteously.
- Manage appointments, schedules, and room bookings.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
- Provide general administrative support, including filing, data entry, and organizing office supplies.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk area.
- Assist in coordinating office events, meetings, and activities.
- Address customer inquiries and provide assistance in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional certifications in office administration or customer service a plus.
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a receptionist, front desk, or administrative capacity.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and general office equipment.
- A friendly and approachable attitude, with a strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
