Corporate Associate

Pay range and compensation package: $100,000 -120,000/Yearly on W2. It varies upon your experience.

Responsibilities:

• Handling legal matters in corporate transactions, real estate, or HOA law.
• Conducting legal research, drafting documents, and managing multiple projects.
• Providing responsive and resourceful client service.
• Collaborating with attorneys and clients in a fast-paced, on-site environment.
• Upholding professionalism, attention to detail, and sound judgment.

Qualifications:

• 2-5 years of experience in corporate transactions, real estate, or HOA law.
• Active and in good standing admission to the Florida Bar.
• Strong academic credentials, with a preference for the top 30%.
• Excellent legal research, writing, and analytical skills.
• Commitment to client service and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
