Position: Landscaping Technician
Salary/Hourly: Hourly/ Full-time
Summary of Position:
Manage and maintain all aspects of resort landscape operations at our luxury, grand scale resort and report directly to the Director of Landscaping. Responsible for the execution of landscape improvements, enhancements, and day to day maintenance for 140 acres of K.I.G.R. property, including a Forbes Five Star, AAA Five Diamond oceanfront hotel, 5 golf course clubhouses, a 22 court tennis facility, a public park, 4 pool complexes, recreation fields and amenities, retail and common area spaces, maintenance facilities buildings, along with beach access boardwalks.

Essential Physical Requirements:
- Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. across short-medium distances.
- Must be able to stand for entirety of shift, while bending, stretching, and lifting.
- Must be able to work in all-weather elements and heights.
- Must be able to work on site due to daily needs of the job requirements
