Summary of Position:
As a Telephone Operator you set the first impression for Kiawah Island Golf Resort by answering incoming calls efficiently and with a friendly attitude. To always show compassion, consideration, and consistently provide accurate and precise information to our guests with a smile in our voice. Responsible patiently resolving guests’ concerns and graciously complying with their needs.
