What are the responsibilities and job description for the Receptionist for Sales Office position at Kiawah Island Real Estate?
Kiawah Partners is searching for a full-time Receptionist for our real estate sales offices on Kiawah Island. This position's duties will include : coordinating closing procedures, preparing and proofreading correspondence, updating listings database, scheduling and maintaining calendars, greeting walk-in guests, answering phone calls, filing and organizing the office, and participating in other projects.
Requirements for the position include : at least two years of administrative experience, excellent organizational skills, professional phone manner, and effective written and oral communication skills. Proficiency in MS Word and Excel is a must. The ideal candidate will also have real estate listings experience, a college degree and some experience with Access. Experience with Publisher and PowerPoint is a plus!
