Kibler Dance Academy (KDA) is growing and looking for fun, energetic individuals to join our team! For 21 years, KDA has been recognized as a leading dance studio in our area. With over 300 eager dancers, we are looking for engaging, enthusiastic and responsible Instructors who love to have FUN in the studio. We are seeking part-time Guest Instructors and Substitute Instructors for our Summer 2025 programming. KDA offers summer camps and intensives for ages 3 and up in a variety of styles including Creative Movement, Ballet, Jazz, Lyrical, Contemporary, Tap, Hip Hop, and Acro.

Essential Functions
- Prepare class material and choreography aligned with students’ ages and abilities
- Lead organized and educational dance classes for students
- Apply appropriate classroom management strategies to ensure a safe and fun environment
- Provide positive and corrective feedback to all students
- Follow established Kibler Dance Academy policies and procedures
- Communicate and collaborate with Kibler Dance Academy staff members
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of professional teaching experience
- Experience working with children ages 3 and up
- Must be reliable, organized and punctual
- Must have strong communication and time management skills
- Ability to meet deadlines
- Ability to respond in real-time to a dynamic classroom environment
Job Types: Part-time, Contract
Pay: $28.00 - $35.00 per hour
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- Night shift
- Weekends as needed
Work Location: In person
