Position Overview:
The Service Tech plays a crucial role in maintaining the high standards we put into our customer’s projects. The role works closely with the Production Coordinator, and involves hands-on labor, quality control inspections, customer interaction, and crew supervision. Problem solving, improving processes, maintaining equipment, and accurate material inventory assessments are all vital responsibilities. Your expertise will directly impact customer satisfaction, operational efficiency, and adherence to quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist and report to production coordinator
- Perform labor on projects, repairs, and service calls
- Communication with customers, crew, production and sales teams
- Crew management and supervision
- On site documentation, update job files in CRM, maintain email
- Maintain accurate time records
- Identify and address any issues that arise during the course of a project
- QC inspections, ensure compliance with local code & manufacturer specs
- Identify/report areas for improvement, assist w/implementing improved processes
- Keep track of tools and materials
- Pull inventory for jobs, clean & organize shop
- Clean and maintain vehicle
- Engage in community events and marketing opportunities
- Runner: materials, ladders, etc..
- Conduct inspections for service calls and warranty claims, identify issues
- Provide estimates for service work
- Prepare and sign service agreements with customers
- Create work/material orders for service work
- Attend department meetings and training events

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 60 per week
