Kickr Design is looking for a highly organized and detail oriented person to help support our PM team. The ideal candidate will assist in planning, coordinating, and overseeing various project tasks to ensure efficiency and successful project completion. This role requires strong administrative skills, excellent communication, the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, a passion for working with cross-functional teams, an ability to quickly digest and organize information, and someone who has a high emotional intelligence.
We are looking for the best project administrator talent available to assist teams in developing the latest technology, concepts, prototypes, and products from around the world. At our location in Atlanta, GA we design, engineer, prototype, and manufacture devices for a wide array of industries ranging from consumer products to medical devices. We serve all our clients from individual entrepreneurs to Fortune 500 companies with the same efficiency and agility we have been providing since our own startup days in 2015.
As a Project Administrator, you will help manage projects and workflows around our product development process, from concept through manufacturing. You will work with engineers of multiple disciplines, helping coordinate on time deliveries, and manage project budgets. You will also work directly with clients to develop a shared understanding of expectations, scope, and budget to ensure we can deliver exactly what they are looking for.
- High emotional intelligence
- Communicate effectively with project stakeholders, team members, and vendors to ensure seamless project coordination
- Support the project teams on a wide range of projects from medical devices to production equipment to consumer products at any point in the development cycle from ideation through manufacturing.
- Perform administrative tasks such as data entry, scheduling, and maintaining project-related databases.
- Organize meetings, prepare agendas, and distribute meeting minutes to keep all stakeholders informed.
- Handle a project workload of 20 projects
- Manage project/workstream/team dependencies and risks while optimizing for constraints; monitor the project status at engineering level and aggregate this into project level reports.
- Work with the engineering team to establish metrics, templates, and milestones for projects and track progress and dependencies.
- Work with Mechanical Engineers, Electrical Engineers, Industrial Designers and Software Engineers on projects
- Continually optimizing, developing and continually improving the project administrator process at Kickr Design
- Assist in resource allocation and procurement of materials or equipment needed for project execution.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 5 years of administrative experience in a highly organized environment
- Eager to adapt and continually improve
- Experience working at a design, engineering or product development firm
- Prioritizing and managing dozens of projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
- College degree

Salary : $50,000 - $85,000
