Position Title: Social Media & Marketing Coordinator / Customer Service Associate
Location: Kicks and Giggles, 329 Main St., Rapid City, SD
Schedule: 75% On-Site / 25% Remote

We are looking for a dynamic and adaptable Social Media & Marketing Coordinator / Customer Service Associate to join our team! This hybrid role combines creativity, customer interaction, and operational excellence, making it perfect for someone with a passion for social media, retail, fashion, and children's clothing. Key Responsibilities:
Social Media & Marketing (Remote & On-Site)
- Develop and implement innovative social media campaigns to promote products, events, and seasonal themes.
- Create high-quality, visually engaging content (photos, videos, graphics) tailored to target audiences.
- Actively engage with followers, respond to inquiries, and build an online community that reflects the brand’s values.
- Track and analyze social media performance metrics to optimize strategies and drive growth.
- Assist with email marketing initiatives, newsletters, and promotional campaigns to boost traffic and sales.
Customer Service & Sales (On-Site)
- Welcome and assist customers with enthusiasm, ensuring a positive shopping experience.
- Provide personalized product recommendations based on customer needs and preferences.
- Handle cash register operations, transactions, returns, and exchanges accurately.
- Maintain a friendly and professional demeanor, enhancing the store’s reputation for exceptional customer service.
Store Operations & Merchandising (On-Site)
- Assist in inventory management, including receiving, tagging, and organizing merchandise.
- Ensure the store is clean, organized, and visually appealing at all times.
- Collaborate with the team to create and maintain eye-catching promotional displays.
- Restock shelves and arrange products to align with seasonal and promotional themes.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in retail, social media marketing, or customer service is highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, etc.), with experience in content creation and engagement.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a customer-first mindset.
- Creative, detail-oriented, and passionate about aesthetics, fashion, and design.
- Able to multitask, stay organized, and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Friendly, approachable, and team-oriented personality.
- Availability to work in-store for 75% of the time, including some weekends on a rotating schedule.
