Position Overview : We are searching for a motivated Occupational Therapist (OT) who is ready to make a difference in the lives of students. This role involves collaborating with educators, families, and other professionals to design and implement tailored strategies that support student success across all areas of school life.
Responsibilities :
- Conduct evaluations to assess fine motor skills, sensory processing, and daily living activities.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in coordination with the IEP team.
- Deliver targeted therapy services to students in individual or group sessions.
- Work with teachers to incorporate therapy goals into the classroom environment.
- Help students learn self-regulation and social skills to navigate school activities.
- Track progress, make necessary adjustments, and share updates with stakeholders.
- Provide training and guidance to parents, teachers, and staff to better support students.
- Maintain detailed and compliant records of assessments, interventions, and progress.
Qualifications :
Salary :
90-$100 / hour, based on experience.
