Warehouse Manager

Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Warehouse Manager to oversee our warehouse operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of warehouse functionality, including inventory control, warehouse team management, and continuous improvement initiatives. This role requires strong leadership skills to supervise warehouse staff and ensure efficient operations while maintaining high safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse operations, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
• Manage inventory control processes.
• Implement continuous improvement strategies to enhance operational efficiency and reduce costs.
• Coordinate transportation management activities, including dispatching and logistics planning.
• Supervise warehouse staff, providing training and development opportunities to enhance team performance.
• Collaborate with other departments to align planning with inventory management needs.

Experience

• Proven experience as a Warehouse Manager or in a similar supervisory role within a warehouse environment.
• Strong knowledge of transportation management, dispatching, and operations management principles.
• Proficiency in inventory control systems and best practices for inventory management.
• Familiarity with production planning processes and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team effectively.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
