Overview
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Daycare Teacher to join our team. Duties
- Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that promote early childhood education.
- Provide attentive care to infants and toddlers, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times.
- Foster a positive learning environment by encouraging social interaction, play, and exploration.
- Monitor children's behavior and implement effective behavior management strategies.
- Communicate regularly with parents about their child's progress and daily activities.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the classroom and play areas.
- Collaborate with other staff members to create a cohesive educational experience for all children.
- Support children with disabilities by adapting activities to meet individual needs.
Qualifications
- Experience working with students in a daycare or educational setting is preferred.
- Knowledge of toddler and infant care practices is essential.
- Background in early childhood education or caregiving is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with behavior management techniques to support children's emotional well-being.
- Ability to provide childcare in a nurturing environment that promotes learning and development.
- Experience working with individuals with disabilities is a plus.
- Certification in First Aid and CPR is advantageous.
