Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Daycare Teacher to join our team and provide a nurturing and educational environment for young children. As a Daycare Teacher, you will play a crucial role in fostering the growth and development of children in our care.
Responsibilities:
- Implement age-appropriate lesson plans and activities to stimulate children's cognitive, social, and emotional development
- Provide a safe and supportive environment for children to learn and play
- Monitor and supervise children during indoor and outdoor activities
- Collaborate with parents to ensure the individual needs of each child are met
- Maintain a clean and organized classroom setting
- Implement behavior management techniques when necessary
Requirements:
- Previous experience working with students in a daycare, preschool, or educational setting
- Knowledge of childhood development principles and best practices
- Strong classroom management skills
- Certification in First Aid and CPR is preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities effectively
