Our Site Director is the key to our afterschool programs. You would be responsible for the supervision of teachers and students. You would be responsible for the day-to-day operations, maintaining childcare licensing standards, implementing curriculum, handle discipline issues, and maintaining a positive relationship with parents and public-school staff.
