Key Responsibilities
The Director of Marketing & Communications will be responsible for:
- Developing and executing a comprehensive marketing and communications plan to drive brand awareness, product sales, and fundraising support.
- Leading multi-channel campaigns, including email marketing, paid and organic social media, SEO, and digital advertising.
- Oversight of content creation and storytelling, managing the production of videos, graphics, blogs, email campaigns, and other materials to effectively communicate Kid Spark's mission and impact.
The ideal candidate will be a creative content leader and a strategic marketing expert who can develop compelling content while simultaneously executing and refining multi-channel marketing campaigns to increase visibility, attract new audiences, and expand Kid Spark's impact.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines efficiently.
- Demonstrated experience in education, philanthropy, or nonprofit communications is a plus.
