About the Role
The Director of Marketing & Communications is responsible for increasing awareness of Kid Spark's products, programs, and mission through strategic marketing and compelling storytelling. This role will develop and implement marketing and communication strategies that effectively engage educators, philanthropic partners, and other key stakeholders while driving both sales growth and fundraising support.
This position requires a seamless integration of content creation and strategic marketing. The Director will oversee the continuous development and distribution of engaging content—including videos, graphics, blogs, email campaigns, and more—while ensuring that marketing efforts across multiple channels are optimized to maximize engagement and reach.
- Create communication assets to support fundraising efforts, including donor outreach, grant applications, and partnership reports.
- Manage relationships with contractors, freelancers, and external vendors as needed to scale marketing efforts.
