Account Service Representative
Kid Stuff Marketing, Inc., a “family-oriented” organization located in Topeka, KS and is the premier global designer and producer of Kids’ Meal Marketing products. Kid Stuff currently has an exciting opportunity available for a full-time Account Service Representative. This is an hourly position responsible for providing customer service on the phone to new and existing customers. The primary focus is making outbound calls to customers, but also includes handling inbound inquiries, building customer relationships over the phone, order processing, data entry and educating customers on products. Applicants must have strong selling skills, previous customer service and phone experience. Friendly and professional phone etiquette required. Must have the ability to communicate in a clear and concise manner, have strong computer skills and good listening skills. The ideal candidate will have experience servicing an existing customer base and securing new accounts. Experience working in the foodservice and/or toy industry is a plus.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $14.00 - $15.00 per hour
