About this role :
Kidde is the world’s largest manufacturer of Fire Safety Products and is seeking an Associate National Account Manager, to join the growing Amazon team. In this role you will be responsible for managing client relationships, building and implementing growth strategies, and executing the promotion strategy. This role will report into the National Account Manager.
Key responsibilities :
- Support the National Account Manager with planning and execution of the annual operating plan.
- Proactively identifies prospective for account management teams and develops a professional relationship to understand the customer needs and suggest products and / or services that meet the customer needs.
- Conducts business development activities for account management teams within defined customer segment to support the business strategy.
- Identifies bid opportunities, participates in the preparation of bid responses and the negotiation with potential customers.
- Develops new customer contact leads for the sales business development team.
- Proactively supports and develops prospective projects with assigned customers and presents to sales business development team.
- Develop personal customer relationships with prospective accounts to influence opportunities.
- Attends trade shows, presents new products to increase the visibility of the organization. Prepares workshops for assigned customers
- Collaborate in strategic planning, account management, and ensuring customer satisfaction to achieve profitable revenue growth.
- Manage Customers relationship and be the liaison between customer / Kidde to ensure customer and Kidde are aligned to execute on the same schedules.
- Acting as the key point of contact with Amazon, managing daily requests and working closely with internal cross-functional teams.
- Own and execute the promotional strategy with internal and external key stakeholders.
- Assist customers and Kidde business insights team with trends, market drivers, and other industry insights as part of the customer POS performance updates.
- Partner with Kidde Trade Marketing team for alignment on business GTM strategy with a focus on year over year sales and profitability growth across all categories.
- Support Kidde retail media team and external media agency with prioritization and campaign creation.
- Actively participates in strategic planning, process improvement, and problem resolution across different functions.
- Partner with the Demand, Supply, and Analytics team to drive accurate forecasts and hit revenue target goals.
- Support Kidde strategic retail sales team in tracking and reporting of the growth initiatives as part of financial periodic forecasting.
- Partner with Marketing and Product Marketing teams to support product positioning efforts with customer specific requirements.
