Key Responsibilities :
- Drive category and brand leadership via downstream marketing activities including value propositions, campaigns to increase awareness, develop and execute product launches, messaging, claims, advertising, promotion, and digital marketing initiatives
- Lead product launches to enable our sales teams and channel partners with the right tools and collateral such as brochures, videos, case studies etc. to succeed in the market; Develop, execute, and track commercialization plans for NPDs.
- Drive effective go to market strategies to introduce new products and promote incremental growth with existing customers and expand our customer base.
- Lead research projects, collaborate with agencies to identify customer insights, develop and execute a marketing strategy, campaigns, product launches & promotions.
- Support planning, project management and flawless execution of multiple trade shows and external and internal events
- Collaborate with product team to develop optimal portfolio pricing, structure and guardrails.
- Manage promotion calendar with the market–back inputs from commercial partners.
- Able to develop digital marketing programs to elevate brands and products to generate awareness and drive purchase. Activities include digital content creation, SEO, SEM, development of measurable KPI’s to determine program effectiveness
- Be well versed with strategic marketing, segmentation and branding principles and execution.
- Optimally utilize brand marketing budgets to increase brand equity, revenues & profitability.
- Demonstrate a relentless focus on customers and end users across the organization.
