About this role
As part of its separation from Carrier, KGS presents an excellent opportunity for a motivated and strategic thinker to assume a Sr. Associate Finance role. This role represents an opportunity to manage and keep control of $50M costs flow through the TSA process, as well as additional costs for Carrier exit support and termination charges and any R-TSA costs flowing to Carrier. Additionally, this position will work with members of IT, finance and procurement to help solve issues and create true value for the company, and manage the company's CAPEX approval process.
Key Responsibilities
- The finance organization needs to manage and report the costs that will be flowing through the TSA agreement with Carrier which is estimated to be $50M with potentially additional costs involved such as termination fees. The responsibility of this role includes, but is not limited to :
- Collect TSA variable cost from all functions on a monthly cadence to build projections on billing cycles
- Manage the approval workflow for CAPEX and ensure approvals align with delegated authorities
- Partner with controllership on appropriate accruals and tracking at month end
- Partner with leadership to prepare monthly reviews with Carrier
- Generate the monthly PO's required for TSA charges and monthly invoices for rTSAs in collaboration with CBS, Treasury and Controllership
- Ensure all PO's for TSA's and invoices for rTSAs get processed and paid accurately
- Partner with FP&A team to ensure accurate financial tracking and reporting
