The Enrollment Specialist is a key member of the administrative team that works together to support the mission and values of the Kiddie Academy. The Enrollment Specialist is responsible for maintaining optimum enrollment of early learning (infants through preschool age) and school-age (Kindergarten through 5th grade) programs to support center operations. The Enrollment Specialist is the first point of contact for many families and is able to effectively promote and articulate the value of Kiddie Academy's early learning and school-age programs.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Marketing and Lead Generation:
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to attract new families, including online presence, social media campaigns, community outreach, and referral programs.
- Conduct tours of the facility for potential families, highlighting the center's unique features and curriculum.
Enrollment Management:
- Manage the intake process, including initial contact, scheduling tours, collecting necessary documentation, and processing enrollment applications.
- Maintain accurate waiting lists and actively communicate with families regarding availability.
- Conduct thorough assessments of children's developmental needs to ensure appropriate placement in classrooms.
Parent Communication:
- Establish and maintain positive relationships with parents through regular communication, including updates on their child's progress, important announcements, and addressing concerns.
- Conduct parent orientation sessions to familiarize them with the center's policies, procedures, and curriculum.
- Compliance and Administration:
- Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations regarding enrollment and record-keeping.
- Maintain detailed enrollment records and reports, including data on waitlist management, enrollment trends, and conversion rates.
- Collaborate with the center director to develop and implement enrollment policies and procedures.
Staff Collaboration:
- Work closely with teaching staff to ensure smooth transitions for new students and to effectively communicate important information about enrolled children.
- Train staff on best practices for parent interactions and enrollment procedures.
- Manage the center's online enrollment platform and ensure accurate information is readily available.
- Performs other duties as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS
- Must have a Bachelor of Arts in Early Childhood Education or an associated discipline, master's degree preferred
- Must have strong experience with enrollments
- Must meet all requirements stipulated by the state for this position
- Pleasant/friendly demeanor and an outgoing personality
- Highly professional and dependable
- Must be able to interact appropriately with students of all ages and skill levels as well as with parents, coworkers, and management
- Must be able to lift no less than 40 pounds consistently throughout the workday to at least waist high
