Position Overview:
As an Assistant Director you will assist and support Center Director in all aspects of management of the Academy, to include enrollment, human resources, marketing, customer relations, financial systems, quality control and physical facility. If you’re motivated by smiles and laughs from children and praise from parents, this could be the job for you.
Position Requirements:
- An enthusiastic leader with exceptional communication skills.
- Experience managing, growing enrollment and maintaining retention in a center-based program.
- Excellent administrative, organizational, verbal, listening, and communication skills.
- Action oriented, organized, strategic thinker, focused on getting the right things done
- A thorough knowledge of WA Licensing regulations (WACs) for child care centers and a great understanding of developmentally-
