Job description
Kiddie Academy of Olathe is looking for an enthusiastic and results-driven Enrollment Manager & Partnership Promoter to play a key role in promoting our childcare services within the local community. The focus of this role is to build strong partnerships with local businesses, organizations, and families to drive new enrollments. This position requires excellent communication skills, a passion for community engagement, and the ability to meet enrollment targets by developing relationships and leveraging partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Community Partnerships: Build and nurture strategic relationships with local businesses, real estate agencies, community organizations, pediatricians, family-owned businesses, and other relevant stakeholders to create partnership opportunities that drive student enrollments.
- School Promotion: Develop and implement marketing strategies, working with local businesses and community influencers to promote the school. Act as the face of Kiddie Academy of Olathe within the community by attending local events, fairs, and networking opportunities to raise awareness of our programs.
- Lead Generation & Follow-Up: Identify new opportunities for enrollment through community outreach, word-of-mouth referrals, and business partnerships. Follow up with potential leads and nurture relationships through regular communication.
- Conduct School Tours: Organize and lead school tours for prospective families, showcasing our facilities, programs, and staff. Highlight the benefits of our early childhood education approach and create a welcoming, engaging experience for prospective students and families.
- Enrollment Process Management: Guide families through the enrollment process from inquiry to final registration, including application submission, document collection, and interview scheduling. Maintain excellent communication throughout the process to ensure a smooth experience.
- Event Coordination: Plan, organize, and participate in community events, open houses, and joint activities with partners that showcase Kiddie Academy and its offerings. Coordinate with local businesses to host or participate in events that build brand awareness and increase lead generation.
- Networking & Local Outreach: Attend local community meetings, networking events, and business associations to establish relationships, promote our childcare services, and seek out partnership opportunities.
- Reporting & Record Keeping: Track and document all outreach activities, leads, and enrollment conversions. Provide regular reports on community engagement efforts, partnerships formed, and progress towards enrollment targets.
- Leadership and Vision: Strong leadership is essential for setting a clear vision and goals for the school. This includes strategic planning, decision-making, and inspiring staff and students.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in education, Education, Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field is required.
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in community outreach, sales, marketing, or enrollment, ideally in an educational or childcare setting.
- Skills:
- Strong networking and relationship-building skills, with the ability to form partnerships that benefit both the school and the community.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present the school and its offerings to diverse audiences.
- Proven ability to develop and execute community-based marketing strategies.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in managing multiple tasks and partnerships.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems to track leads, partnerships, and enrollments.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively with school staff and external partners.
- Outgoing, friendly, and customer-focused attitude.
- Strong Leadership skills
