Overview
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Lead Teacher to join our educational team. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to fostering a nurturing and stimulating environment for children. As a Lead Teacher, you will play a crucial role in the development and implementation of lesson plans, ensuring that each child's individual needs are met while promoting their growth and learning.

- Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that cater to various learning styles and abilities.
- Monitor and assess student progress, adapting teaching methods as necessary to meet individual needs.
- Collaborate with parents and guardians to discuss student development and address any concerns.
- Maintain a safe and inclusive classroom environment that promotes child welfare.
- Provide support in areas such as speech therapy, deaf education, and standardized testing when required.
- Foster positive relationships with children, encouraging their social, emotional, and academic growth.
- Supervise assistant teachers and support staff in the classroom setting.
Requirements
Experience
- Proven experience working with children in daycare or educational settings is essential.
- Strong background in lesson planning, particularly for early childhood education.
- Knowledge of child welfare policies and practices is highly desirable.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment while demonstrating leadership skills.
