Position Details
Title: Assistant Director
Location: 7 N Pointe Blvd, Enterprise, AL 36330
Schedule: Full-time, Monday – Friday, Day Shift
Application Deadline: January 21-24, 2025
Start Date: February 4, 2025
What You'll Do
- Leadership & Staff Management: Inspire and guide a team of childcare professionals.
- Client Relations: Build strong partnerships with families.
- Operations: Oversee day-to-day activities and ensure compliance with childcare standards.
- Administrative Duties: Manage documentation, scheduling, and communication.
Qualifications
We welcome candidates with diverse experiences, including related roles such as program coordinator or instructional coach. Applicants must meet one of the following criteria:
- High School Diploma/GED 12 months of childcare experience and 124 training hours.
- CDA or CCP credential 12 months of childcare experience.
- Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Child Development/Early Childhood Education relevant experience.
