We are seeking a friendly and organized Front Desk Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our parents and visitors. Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional manner, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Answer incoming calls promptly and direct them to the appropriate personnel using effective phone etiquette.
- Manage scheduling and appointments, coordinating with staff as necessary.
- Maintain an organized filing system for documents and records, both digital and physical.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, managing correspondence, and maintaining office supplies.
- Handle inquiries with professionalism, providing information about services or directing them to the appropriate resources.
- Ensure the front desk area is tidy and presentable at all times.
