Duties
- Planning and Implementing Curriculum: Developing and delivering engaging lesson plans focused on early literacy, numeracy, arts, and motor skills.
- Monitoring and Assessing Development: Observing and documenting children's progress, offering support, and adjusting teaching methods as needed to meet individual learning needs.
- Promoting Social Skills: Encouraging positive behaviors, teaching social skills like sharing and cooperation, and helping children navigate emotions and relationships.
- Creating a Safe and Clean Environment: Ensuring the classroom is safe, clean, and well-organized to promote learning and exploration.
- Parent Communication: Communicating regularly with parents about their child?s progress, challenges, and milestones.
- Supporting Emotional Growth: Offering guidance in emotional regulation, conflict resolution, and fostering a sense of independence and self-confidence.
