Child Care Center Director

Kiddy Kollege Learning Center is seeking a dedicated director for our Country Acres location.

Kiddy Kollege Directors:

• Are responsible for the day to day operation of the child care facility and ensuring all KDHE and center policies are being met
• Create an environment of positivity, love, and transparency between center staff and families
• Ensure a positive educational & safe environment
• Help develop and oversee creative curriculum is implemented
• Recruit, Hire, and retain quality staff
• Assist to achieve profitability for the facility

We are most interested in applicants having:

• EXPERIENCE working in a leadership role at a licensed child care facility (3 years preferred). Experience in a licensed facility is a must.
• Qualified to be a center director for at least 60 children
• State required courses/in-service hours as designated by KDHE
• Must be 21 years of age
• Schedule Flexibility (No weekends, directors must either open or close facility)
• Verifiable REFERENCES are an absolute must for this position

Daily Attendance and Reliability are ESSENTIAL to this position. Directors MUST LOVE children and be able to communicate effectively with parents and staff. The goal of the center is to provide a safe place for learning in an encouraging and stimulating environment. We believe EVERY child has the capacity to learn and grow, and we understand children gain knowledge through daily experiences and individualistic instruction.

Pay: $36,000.00 - $46,000.00 per year
