About Kidokinetics: We provide a unique mobile sports program that helps children (ages 2-10) develop motor skills and fitness in a fun and non-competitive environment. Our programs are offered at daycares, preschools, elementary schools, after-school programs, community centers, and even homes across Chicagoland.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Prospecting and enrolling new locations such as daycares, preschools (Montessori, Goddard Schools, etc.), CPS schools, and park districts into our enrichment and PE programs.
- Engaging with directors, parents, and community partners to showcase the benefits of our programming.
- Closing sales and driving business growth through relationship building and follow-up.
- Managing current clients and overseeing the implementation of programs.
- Supporting marketing initiatives, handling scheduling, and ensuring quality standards are met.
Desired Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven sales experience, especially in field-based business development.
- A self-starter with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Positive, energetic, and enthusiastic personality.
- CRM experience and social media marketing knowledge are a plus.
- Ability to build relationships with key decision-makers and demonstrate program offerings.
- Reliable transportation is a must, as this role involves traveling to meet clients.

Requirements:
- Ability to pass a background check and drug test per state childcare guidelines.
- Reliable means of transportation (Kidokinetics is a mobile program).
- Availability for some domestic travel for training or conventions.
- Must be willing to sign a standard company agreement for a minimum of 6 months.

Expected hours: 15 – 20 per week
