Who you are:
- Preferable with 6 months ABA experience OR your BA/BS is in progress or completed in Psychology, Special Education, Communicative Disorders, or a related field
- You're available at least 4 weekdays (flexible) and possibly on weekends
- You must pass a criminal background check
- You'll be driving to clients' homes, so you have a reliable form of transportation

What you will do:
- Document day and submit paperwork as appropriate to BCBA
- Assist in implementing a daily program under the direction of the Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
- Ability to maintain confidential information
- Maintain an inclusive positive rapport and encourage self-reflection when interacting with family members.
- Ability to work and communicate well with supervising BCBA and parent/guardians.
- Excellent verbal and communication skills
- Open to feedback and willingness to try new things
