Summary
To plan, organize, and present instruction and instructional environments that help students learn subject matter and skills that will contribute to their educational and social development in multiple grade levels.
Duties
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF THE JOB INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO THE FOLLOWING :
- Be able to lead teaching exercises for 1 and 2 Year old students.
- Potty Training and Diapering.
- Be familiar with BFTS and Quality Rated expectations.
- Provides an environment in which each child has a positive, nurturing relationship with caring adults by encouraging a climate that is inviting, respectful, supportive, inclusive, and flexible.
- Works collaboratively with the families and significant adults in the lives of their students by improving communication and collaboration between the school and the home and community.
- Create a progressive environment for students by using a variety of methods to assess what each student has learned by using multiple indicators to evaluate student progress.
- Helps students develop critical thinking and problem-solving skills by encouraging students to ask questions, think creatively, and draw conclusions.
- Demonstrate preparation and skill in working with students from diverse cultural, economic and ability backgrounds.
- Participate in appropriate professional activities and trainings.
- Participate in classroom devotion and meditation, encouraging children to know, to love and to serve God

The vision and purpose of Kids C.A.R.E Atlanta is to provide safe and affordable educational support for families unable to able to obtain cultural, developmental and educational support within our community. WE ARE NOT A DAYCARE. WE DO NOT BABYSIT. WE TEACH. We focus on the essential age group of 3 years old to 5 years old. This is the key age group for success among early childhood education. We use social, emotional, biblical and even cultural exercises to foster our students. Our goal is to strengthen comprehensive learning objectives by providing innovative learning resources and academic support. Children and families will be provided with cultural appropriate learning styles that will allow them to be compatible with curricula from all communities, not just their own.
