Preschool Assistant Director
Kids Core Learning Center is now accepting applications for aur Preschool Assistant Director position. Kids Core Learning Center is Apple and Gold Seal accredited and serves families with children ages 1 -5 years old. KCLC also offers afterschool program and summer camp for school age children. Candidates must be committed to supporting the mission of Kids Core Learning Center.
Qualifications:
Qualified candidates must have an active Florida Directors Credential. Associate or bachelor's degree in early child development, or Elementary Education is preferred. A minimum of 3 years' experience in childcare administration is required.
Responsibilities:
- Provide leadership and guidance to preschool staff
- Develop and implement strategic plans for the preschool
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the preschool
- Oversee budgeting and financial management
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and licensing requirements
- Collaborate with parents and families to create a positive and engaging learning environment
- Recruit, train, and evaluate preschool staff
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and professional development
Skills:
- Strong leadership and management skills
