We are looking for an energetic and motivated Youth Sports Coordinator to help manage operations, drive community outreach, and expand our programs. Job Summary:
The Youth Sports Coordinator will assist in managing Sportball programs, working closely with coaches, parents, and community partners. This role is perfect for someone passionate about youth sports and looking to gain experience in program management, marketing, and business development. Successful candidates will have the chance to earn commission on new program enrollments and partnerships, with a clear path for career advancement.
Key Responsibilities:
Program Coordination & Support
- Assist in scheduling and overseeing Sportball classes, camps, and community events.
- Ensure smooth daily operations, including setup and breakdown of program sites.
- Maintain strong relationships with parents, schools, and community centers.
- Monitor class attendance and assist with participant communication.
Sales & Community Outreach (Commission-Based Earnings)
- Promote Sportball programs through local marketing, events, and partnerships.
- Develop relationships with schools, daycares, and community organizations.
- Earn commission on new enrollments and program partnerships.
- Help manage digital marketing efforts, including social media and email campaigns.

Commission on Enrollment & Outreach:
- Earn a percentage (e.g., 5%-10%) on new school or daycare partnerships.

- Bonus for achieving registration growth benchmarks (e.g., $500 for every 50 new registrations).

- Opportunity for Raises or Promotions: Performance-based salary increases or the potential to grow into a full Program Manager role with a higher salary.
Coach Support & Training
- Assist in hiring and onboarding new coaches.
- Provide scheduling support and ensure quality program delivery.
- Help with staff training sessions and performance feedback.
Administrative & Growth Opportunities
- Assist in managing registrations and customer inquiries.
- Track program data and recommend improvements based on feedback.
- Opportunity for promotion to Senior Coordinator or Program Manager based on performance.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Passion for youth sports, fitness, or early childhood education.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Experience in customer service, marketing, or sales is a plus.
- Organized and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office and social media platforms.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends.
