Patient Care Associate
Busy dental practice is seeking energetic and responsible front desk receptionist. This is a full-time position with nights and weekends being required.
Job Duties are as follows:
- Answer telephone calls from clients and speak with them when they visit the office in person
- Provide answers to clients’ questions regarding activities in the office and direct them to relevant persons for more clarifications.
- Check in patients in a timely and efficient manner
- Schedule appointments according to practice and doctor’s requirements
- Register new patients in line with acceptable standards of the office.
- Guide patients in filling medical forms at the office to avoid errors and inaccurate information
- Explain clinical procedures to patients to clear whatever doubts they might have had
- Inform patients of the various dental services offered by the office
- Keep patients’ records from unauthorized persons to ensure their privacy and guaranty their safety
- Confirm appointments and recalls
Job requirements
- Be able to work late twice a week (until 7 on Tuesdays and Wednesdays)
- Be able to work Saturdays
- Eagle soft experience preferred
- Experience in the dental field also preferred
Salary to be discussed based on experience.

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
