Ninja Recreational Program Department Leader
Milford, Ohio
Part-Time or Full-Time / $20-24 per hour

Do you like to organize and develop lessons, themed games and activities, train staff and play for a living?
Be at the forefront of children's development and growth as our Ninja Department Leader!
Kids First Too is looking for a dynamic individual to lead our ninja department (both staff and students!) This position will be responsible for :
- curriculum development for ninja classes
- staff hiring, inspiring and firing
- gym and course set-ups and new equipment purchases
- building relationships with students and staff that inspires life-long learning
- creating a strong culture within the boys recreational department that also follows along our Kids First Value System (26 Points)
