Aquatic Manager
KIDS FIRST Swim School is the largest and fastest growing provider of swimming lessons in the US, and we are home to a highly coveted swim instructor training program! We teach lessons year-round in our heated pools that are specifically designed for teaching young children. Our curriculum is trademarked through the Library of Congress and is technique-based! We believe everyone should know how to swim, so we teach all ages from 2 months to adults!
We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Swim School Manager to lead our team of instructors in providing high-quality swimming lessons to students of all ages and skill levels. As the manager, you will play a crucial role in promoting the school's mission and ensuring the delivery of exceptional services to our clients.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the swim school, including scheduling, staff management, and lesson planning.
- Recruit and hire qualified instructors and ensure they meet the school's standards for teaching and safety.
- Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to increase student enrollment and community engagement.
- Provide training and support to instructors to ensure they are equipped to deliver high-quality lessons.
- Manage the school's budget, ensuring that all financial transactions are conducted in accordance with the school's policies.
- Maintain a safe and clean environment for students and staff.
- Monitor and report on student progress, identifying areas for improvement and developing strategies to address them.
- Develop and maintain relationships with local schools, community centers, and other organizations to promote the school's services.
- Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement new programs and services.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant safety and health regulations.
Qualifications:
- Experience working with students and providing swimming lessons.
- Proven experience in education administration or management.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A passion for swimming and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
We are currently seeking a full-time Office/Aquatic Manager in Waldorf, MD.
Quarterly Bonuses $3750.00 based on financial achievement.
Details for the role:

-Requires 40 hours per week
-Must be available some daytime, evening, and weekend hours
