Central to our mission is the After-School Tech Club (ASTC), where students explore coding, programming, audiovisual production, and career pathways through hands-on learning. About the Role: Program Coordinator
The Program Coordinator is vital to the growth and success of Kids in Tech's programs. Reporting to the Program Manager, this role focuses on curriculum development, volunteer management, and school partnerships. The ideal candidate is organized, innovative, and passionate about education.
Key Responsibilities
Program Design and Delivery
- Assist in developing engaging STEM curricula for in-person and virtual programs.
- Ensure programs have the necessary supplies and resources.
- Support program evaluation using tools like SAYO and PEAR.
Staff and Volunteer Management
- Help recruit, onboard, and support program staff and volunteers.
- Facilitate team communication to address program needs.
School Partnerships and Expansion
- Identify and cultivate new school partnerships in Boston and Lowell.
- Maintain strong relationships with school leaders and community organizations.
Operations and System Building
- Develop systems to improve program efficiency and impact.
- Update program manuals, handbooks, and policies annually.
Who We're Looking For

- Spanish or Khmer fluency preferred.
What We Offer
- Salary: $58,656 - $60,000, commensurate with experience.
