Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Child Care Center Director to open our newest location in Mesa this summer and build/lead a staff of teachers to provide high-quality early childhood education. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in childcare and education administration. This role requires effective leadership, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to fostering a safe and nurturing environment for both children and staff.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations of the childcare center, ensuring compliance with state regulations, NAC standards and organizational policies.
• Manage staff recruitment, training, and performance evaluations to maintain a high standard of care and education.
• Collaborate with parents and guardians to build strong relationships and support children's learning experiences.
• Monitor the center's budget, resources, and supplies to ensure efficient operation.
• Conduct regular assessments of programs and services to enhance quality and effectiveness.
• Foster a positive work environment that encourages professional growth among staff members.

Skills

• Recent experience in Childcare as a Teacher and Director.
• Background in leadership / administration to manage staff and operational aspects of the center efficiently.
• Excellent communication skills to engage with parents, staff, and the community.
• Ability to educate staff on best practices in child development and early childhood education methodologies.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
